Black Friday Frenzy

              This weekend is the official kick off to the holiday shopping season. Experts speculate that around 152 million people will go out to shop this weekend. That guesstemate is 10% higher than last years Black Friday weekend. With so much business to be had, retailers scrambled to get the edge over one another.               The latest version of the National Museum of History’s exhibition “The First Ladies” was unveiled on Saturday. The exhibit features 26 dresses and 150 other objects from the famous women in history.      Marc Jacobs recently launched a controversial ad campaign for his scent "Oh, Lola!" The campaign features actress Dakota Fanning with a large bottle of perfume between her legs. The bottle boast an oversize flower in bloom as its cap. The ad has officially been banned in the UK. Image:

Hollywood Fur Ban

        This week West Hollywood officially becomes the first city in the country to ban fur products. The law has been discussed by city council for several months now. Council members passed the ban in September, but that original law left a few open ends. “A second first reading” allowed council members to vote on a more detailed version of the law. Image:
